Our Story

Brand360Pro was founded by Lakke Capps and his father, David Capps, with one simple belief: local small businesses should have access to the same tools and support that big companies use — without big-agency pricing or complexity.

Our mission is to teach small business owners how to use high-quality, branded tools — often the free versions — because most of them already offer the same power as expensive subscriptions. We focus on showing owners how to use these tools the right way and provide support whenever they need it. Brand360Pro exists to make modern marketing accessible, affordable, and understandable for every local business.

David brings over 20 years of experience supporting small businesses. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, with additional certifications in advanced AI prompt engineering and multiple coding languages. His background includes marketing leadership roles with companies such as Macy’s and Olive Garden, as well as founding El Paso Mobile Media in 2009 — a small-business support service still operating in El Paso, Texas.

Lakke is currently studying Business and Digital Marketing and contributes strong experience in media production and photography. His work includes international experience as a photographer for Hyatt Resorts in Japan, along with hands-on marketing and creative work here in the DFW area.

Today, Brand360Pro includes a small, dedicated team that helps support our mission. Each team member contributes their own strengths — from media and content creation to customer support and business tools — allowing us to serve local small businesses with care, consistency, and personal attention.

Together, we built Brand360Pro to give small business owners a place to learn, get support, and grow — without pressure, without unnecessary costs, and always with honesty and care.
